    How soon can you service my appliance?

        We typically come out to service your appliance within 1 to 2 business days with in your service area. Check out locations we service here.

    What locations do you service?

        We proudly serve the Hamilton area, Brantford, and the Niagara Region. If you aren't sure if your home falls within our service area, give us a call, and we’ll be happy to let you know.

    How does payment work?

        Our fleets have POS machines to take payments on site, so any service can be paid for on the spot.


        Typically we take debit, credit, master card or amex.

    What types of appliances do you repair?

        We repair almost all major household appliances, including:

        • Refrigerators, freezers, and wine coolers
        • Gas and electric stoves, ovens, cooktops, and ranges
        • Dishwashers
        • Washing machines (top-load, front-load, stackable) and dryers
        • Microwaves (built-in, countertop, and over-the-range)

    Do you offer installation services?

        Yes! We install all electric and gas appliances. Whether you need a new dishwasher hooked up, a gas line installed for a stove, or custom panels fitted for your fridge, our professional technicians can handle it.

    Do I need a service call, or can you help me over the phone?

        We believe in "Consumer Protected Pricing." Before we ever step foot in your home, we offer a free initial analysis by phone. When you call us, we will discuss your issue to help decide if you need a technician to visit or if you just need a replacement part. This saves you time and money.

    Do you sell appliance parts for DIY repairs?

        Yes, we do. If our phone analysis determines you just need a part, we can supply it from our huge inventory. We even provide free instructions on how to install it if you prefer to do the work yourself.

    My appliance is gas-powered. Can you fix it?

        Absolutely. We provide complete service and installation for both gas and electric appliances. Whether it's a gas dryer, stove, or cooktop, our technicians are trained to handle gas connections safely and legally.
